SwissCaution Express : Your rental guarantee certificate within 24h
If you pay for your fixed registration fee via credit card and send a copy (in PDF or image format) of the required documents, SwissCaution will send your rental guarantee certificate within 24 hours.
- Your lease contract or proposed contract
- A piece of identity for all tenants indicated on the lease (also B or C permits for foreigners)
- A credit card (if you choose the online payment option)

To complete your registration you need the following documents :

If you choose to pay your CHF 231.- fixed registration fee by credit card, SwissCaution will issue your rental guarantee certificate within 24h.
If you do not have a credit card SwissCaution offers you the option to pay your fixed registration fee via e-banking transfer or with a BVR payment slip sent to your address.
